Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in any academic program, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment and Down Payment
To secure a spot in any class or academic program, participants are required to make a down payment. Enrollment will only be confirmed once the down payment has been successfully received.
2. Down Payment Policy
All down payments are non-refundable. If a participant cancels any program they have already booked, the down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Program Cancellation and Refund Policy
Program enrollments are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Once a participant has enrolled in a program, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
4. Program Deferral
Although cancellations and refunds are not permitted, participants may defer their enrollment. Classes may be taken in the following month or in a future academic year, subject to availability and prior arrangement with the institution.The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.
